When researcher, Brene Brown, interviewed people about connection, they told her stories of disconnection and isolation. In relationships, we find our greatest sense of love, belonging and joy. We also experience conflict, loneliness and loss. We find ourselves locked in stuck patterns of behaviors, unable to change despite our desire and effort. When facing challenges, we may battle each other instead of the problem.

My goal is to help you align your strengths, confront challenges together with integrity, and learn new ways of interacting that benefit each individual's growth. Relationship counseling can provide support for challenging transitions (i.e. new births, grief and loss, divorce, moves, and job transitions), teach skills for more effective communication and conflict resolution, and increase intimacy and connection.
