About Corrina:

My inner superhero was a triathlete long before I thought it was possible to enter a triathlon. As a Therapist, I know the benefits of exercise for alleviating symptoms of depression and anxiety, and for living a fuller, healthier life. I am also well acquainted with the many challenges and barriers to exercise. I've struggled to stay active, often battling long periods of inactivity and a lack of motivation. Setting goals and surrounding myself with support have been the most important components of letting my inner superhero emerge. When I was 30 years old, I completed my first sprint distance triathlon, and went on to do several other events. For my 40th birthday, I completed a half-Ironman triathlon. I was the last person to cross the finish line, but I felt like a gold medalist.

I have retired from triathlons, but currently enjoy hiking, yoga and stand-up paddleboarding. I look forward to meeting your inner superhero and discovering what her/his goal is.
